What you will be doing...

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Learning & Development team as our Videography Apprentice. Reporting to our Digital Learning Manager & supporting our HR Digital Content Lead, you'll study towards your Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship over 16 months. Day-to-day, it’s your job to create and edit engaging, high-quality, and on-brand content across internal and external channels. You’ll research, create, edit, and manage content in line with our overall strategy, working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Some travel will be required with this role.

What you’ll be doing:

You'll be responsible for planning and going out on shoots, capturing high-quality content, and overseeing the entire creative process, including editing the footage.
You’ll gather feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance content, ensuring it aligns with their expectations and project goals.
You’ll create video content for multiple projects across the business.
You’ll manage projects and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

What you’ll have:

You’ll be a super-creative person with a natural flair for creative writing, media, and technical design – with a keen interest in video and photography.
You’ll be a highly motivated team player, able to multi-task, work accurately to a brief, meet tight deadlines under pressure, and get stuck in to support your colleagues.
GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) at grade A-C (9-4)
You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
Must have been resident in the UK for 3 years.
