Overview
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and are looking to recruit a van rental agent who needs to be motivated ,enthusiastic and have a "can do attitude".
Duties

• Dealing with customers by telephone, email ,and face to face.
• Taking bookings and placing them on the rental system
• Booking vehicles in and out with customers' driving license & ID checks
• Taking payments by card machine
• Check in of vans to recharge customer with damage and fuel where appropriate
• To administer and record bookings with appropriate insurance noted.

Requirements

• Have previous experience in a rental environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Hold a full clean driving license
• Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
