Duties
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and are looking to recruit a van rental agent who needs to be motivated ,enthusiastic and have a "can do attitude".
Duties
- Dealing with customers by telephone, email ,and face to face.
- Taking bookings and placing them on the rental system
- Booking vehicles in and out with customers' driving license & ID checks
- Taking payments by card machine
- Check in of vans to recharge customer with damage and fuel where appropriate
- To administer and record bookings with appropriate insurance noted.
- Have previous experience in a rental environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Hold a full clean driving license
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
