Exciting Opportunity: Lead User Experience Designer with a Global Tech Innovator!
I’m looking for a User Experience Lead to join a pioneering tech consultancy known for delivering innovative digital solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to impactful projects with a multi-disciplinary team spread across the UK, India, and beyond.
Location: Flexible (with key hubs in Birmingham, London, and Bangalore)
Salary: Up to £75k

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion UX Excellence: Advocate for user-centred design and drive strategies that align with business growth and customer success.
• Lead UX Teams: Manage UX activities on large, complex projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across research, service design, and delivery teams.
• Drive Innovation: Design user-centric experiences, create wireframes, journey maps, and prototypes, and oversee Agile-aligned UX efforts.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Support pre-sales efforts, contribute to project proposals, and deliver presentations that showcase the value of UX.
• Foster Team Growth: Mentor junior team members, guide professional development, and contribute to the evolution of UX practices.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 5+ years in User Experience Design, with proven expertise in creating impactful, user-focused solutions.
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual communication tools.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks, aligning design activities with iterative, collaborative methods.
• Experience designing within Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and using the GDS prototyping toolkit is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey UX concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work seamlessly across business analysis, architecture, and development.
