Responsibilities
- Perform tyre installations, rotations, and repairs on various vehicles.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tyres to identify wear, damage, or other issues.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist customers with their tyre needs, providing knowledgeable advice and recommendations.
- Lift heavy tyres and equipment as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair or maintenance preferred.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to tyre servicing.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 kg).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Willingness to learn new skills and stay updated on industry advancements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Loyalty bonus
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- tyre fitting: 1 year (preferred)
