Role Overview: The Sales Closer will play a crucial role in engaging prospective and existing patients, explaining dental treatment options, handling patient queries, and effectively closing sales for a variety of dental procedures. Address patient questions, concerns, and objections to facilitate informed decision-making.
Secure patient commitment to proceed with treatments by effectively communicating value and urgency.
Sales Process Management:
Follow up with patients who have shown interest but have not yet committed to a treatment plan.
Keep track of patient interactions, next steps, and outcomes using CRM software or patient management systems.
Manage and document each stage of the sales pipeline, from initial inquiry through to booking.
Coordinate with clinical staff to schedule initial treatments and consultations once a sale is closed.
Customer Service and Relationship Building:
Build strong relationships with patients, providing them with a caring and professional experience that enhances clinic reputation.
Offer empathetic support and reassurance, helping patients overcome fears related to dental procedures.
Provide exceptional aftercare follow-up to ensure patients are satisfied and well-supported post-consultation.
Collaboration with Clinic Staff:
Liaise with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient handover post-sale.
Work with marketing teams to improve lead quality and ensure accurate communication about clinic offerings.
Discuss payment plans or financing options with patients.
Sales Goals and Reporting:
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the clinic.
Regularly report on sales performance, conversion rates, and patient feedback to management.
Provide insights on patient needs and common questions to help shape clinic offerings and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales, patient coordination, or treatment coordination role, ideally within the healthcare or dental industry.
Skills: Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex dental treatments in simple terms. Empathy, patience, and a focus on building trust with patients.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of dental procedures (training will be provided if necessary).
