Shift patterns: Monday-Friday (Rotating shifts 06:00-14:30/ 09:30-18:00)

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team in our transport department at Tradeteam, Exeter.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will

Maintain and complete timely and accurate records for the transport department
Brief and debrief drivers ensuring any issues are reported to the management team
Call customers, vendors etc. as required by the transport department

Previous experience in Transport Administration (Essential)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
Experience within a transport environment
