Providing insights to key decision makers on the opportunities and risks of market leading transactions, whilst achieving a professional qualification.
Programme overview
When corporations or private equity clients prepare to do big deals, they need to know there won’t be any surprises. Whether a company is selling a part of or all its business or acquiring a new business, our team specialises in financial due diligence – assessing risks and opportunities – and reporting on these to our clients, their banks, investors and others. In UK & Ireland, we work across a wide range of sectors, including Retail, Energy & Infrastructure, Technology Media and Telecom, Life Sciences and Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility. In Financial Services, you'll get the opportunity to specialise with our Financial Services clients, including Fin Tech.
Using technology and analytics is fundamental to what we do. We have innovative Analytics capabilities; we use Alteryx and Power BI to analyse large datasets to obtain data insights for our clients, adding value to the deals we work on.
