WE ARE HIRING
Specialist Directional Drilling & Civil Engineering company
We are currently seeking applications to fulfil multiple Trainee Operative positions within our company:
Ø No experience necessary but an understanding of Health and Safety essential.
Ø Full Training Provided. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and support.
Ø Excellent rates of pay €15-16/ hr with self-employed options on offer. Early finish on the last Friday of the month.
Ø Work is in the Cavan, Monaghan & Donegal areas transport from Brookeborough / Rosslea area can be provided.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Ø Working with other team members to install water pipes.
Ø Reinstatement of Tarmac and Concrete
Ø Operate hand and power tools safely
Ø To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day
Ø Working under instruction to meet the needs of the client
Ø Observe the highest levels of health and safety, and use appropriate safety equipment
Ø Any other task that is required.
Essential Criteria:
Ø Have adequate literacy and numeracy skills
Ø Reliable, flexible and adaptable
Ø Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ø Fluent in English Language
Ø Excellent team working skills
Ø Full driving license
Desirable criteria:
Ø Valid CSR Card / Safe Pass
Ø Prior experience in construction is an advantage
Ø Experience of plant operation and relevant tickets
