First-Line Support: Provide Level 1 IT support to end-users, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving common problems.
Software Deployments: Assist in deploying software updates and ensuring systems run smoothly.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve basic hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
Collaborate: Work with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve user queries.
Maintain Records: Log support requests and update documentation to track recurring issues and solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 1-2 years in an IT support or similar role, providing hands-on troubleshooting and user support.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of software deployments, IT systems, and troubleshooting processes.
