We're looking for a Technical Administrator to join our AMP 8 CSO Programme team based the Leicestershire, East Midlands.
Office location: Solihull, West Midlands, site locations Leicestershire - remote working available, with travel to the office/site(s) as required. Hours: 42.5 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As Technical Administrator you'll be working within the AMP 8 CSO Programme team supporting them in meeting the requirements of the project and assisting the
operational delivery teams by providing functional and effective support within the Water Industry.
Your day to day will include:
You'll be working within the CSO project team, supporting with the administrative functions to ensure the project runs in a timely and organised manner.
Responsible for day-to-day administration on sites including maintaining the site document management systems.
Teams up-loads and document management.
Responsible for receipt of delivery notes, goods received records and the on/off hiring of plant and equipment.
Assisting the Commercial team with the placing or supplier orders, accounting, and commercial administrative functions on the Project.
What are we looking for? This role of Technical Administrator is great for you if:
You are computer literate, with experience of Microsoft Office including Excel.
You'll have previous administrative experience with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to assist in delivering the project.
You'll have good attention to detail with a willingness to challenge information provided.
You'll possess good time management, communication and organisational skills.
