As part of the role you will...
- Contribute to, and actively drive an environment of great customer service, both in store and online
- Be part of a management team with full operational control of your store, from stock control to merchandising & everything inbetween
- Drive performance through structured KPIs - Receive on-the-job training and development, support from all departments, and access to an online learning structure
