Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting Eco4 and GBIS surveys, collecting data, and preparing accurate reports. This role requires proficiency in various surveying techniques and tools, as well as strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively. The Surveyor will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
Duties
- Conduct Eco4 & GBIS surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques.
- Collect and analyse data related to properties efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings.
- Utilise CAD software to create precise drawings and plans.
- Employ Arc GIS for spatial analysis and data management tasks.
- Collaborate with engineers, coordinators, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain accurate records of all surveying activities and findings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all surveying practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in Eco4 surveying or a related field is essential.
- Qualified DEA & Retrofit Assesor
- Familiarity with Arc GIS for effective data management is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of surveying principles and practices is necessary.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail are crucial for interpreting survey data.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
