Stores Assistant
Job description
Key Purpose of Role:
An opportunity has arisen for the role of Stores Assistant within the Windows Division. The Stores Assistant will be responsible for the control of all materials received, stock levels and waste in line with the needs of the business.
The Person/Skills required:
· Ability to prioritise and organise work activities with customer needs in mind
· Ability to communicate effectively with internal colleagues and customers
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Outgoing, forward thinking and adaptable
Essential Skills & Experience:
· Previous experience of store and stock control
· Current Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence
Desirable Skills & Experience:
· Previous experience of working in a warehouse ideally within the windows and doors industry
