To provide an effective and efficient service through the ordering, receipt and distribution of purchases for HMP Shotts. Receiving, distribution and dispatching of stock/finished goods for/from Central Stores for/from HMP Shotts Offender Outcomes.
Responsibilities
Order, receipt and distribute purchases to relevant areas. Process inter-Establishment requests and arrange receipt/delivery to the requestor’s destination.
Provide Forklift support to HMP Shotts industries areas. Order, receipt and distribute stock and finished goods liasing with Central Stores, HMP Shotts and other relevant Establishments.
Order, receipt and distribution of goods requested and process Internal stock and finished goods requests
Maintain accurate records manually and utilising Agresso to comply with SPS Finance and Policy
Unloading and loading of vehicles manually or by mechanical means

Qualification Requirements
A minimum of 3 Standard Grades, or equivalent, including English and Mathematics or Arithmetic, (at Grade 3 or above) or relevant experience working within an administrative role. ESSENTIAL
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements
Competent in the use Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook etc. ESSENTIAL
Ability to work individually and as part of a team to achieve a goal. ESSENTIAL
Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders verbally and electronically. ESSENTIAL
Previous experience working in a Finance Function. ESSENTIAL
