Store Supervisor

Applicants must have at least 1 years previous retail supervisory experience working within a customer focused environment.

- To assist in the training, coaching and developing of the team to ensure they deliver our standards and great customer experience
- Knowledge of back office duties, ordering and the input of delivery dockets
- Maintain stock levels by replenishing displays and fridges
- To delegate and prioritise tasks to sales assistants
- Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
- To operate the till in line with company till operation and cash handling procedures
- Ensure the shop floor is clean and tidy at all times
