JOB TITLE: Storeperson - Galgorm Hotel
JOB REFERENCE: SP 09/24
REPORTING TO: Purchasing Executive
HOURS: Shift patterns primarily 8am-6pm, 4 days out of 7 including weekends. Weekend work required.
LOCATION: Galgorm
SALARY: PAYSCALE: £13.07 - £14.07

About the role:
As Storeperson at Galgorm, your role will be checking deliveries, clearing dockets, stocking shelves, and making sure the delivery bay is cleared and organised. As you may be working alone some of the time, it is important the successful applicant is able to use their own initiative and be able to multitask and prioritise jobs where necessary. The majority of the role is performed outside within the Resort loading bay and you will work under the guidance of the Purchasing Executive.

The Position:
The main responsibilities for this position include:

Checking in deliveries, signing for acceptance of goods or returns.
Filling internal department orders on a daily basis from the central store.
Maintaining the storage facilities & delivery area to meet company standards ensuring all stores are kept clean and tidy.
Monitoring stock levels and stock rotation.
Processing paperwork in a timely manner.
Clearing accepted deliveries on Procure Wizard our online procurement system (full training will be provided).
Being accountable for delivery dockets & correct filing of dockets.
Carrying out ad-hoc duties as and when required by the Purchasing Executive.
Working within the guidelines of health and safety operatives to ensure all staff and guests are safe at all times.

The Person
Applicants must:

At least 1 year of experience working within a warehouse/store environment.
Demonstrate good organisational skills.
Demonstrate confident IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office and online systems.
Be enthusiastic and positive, capable of building strong working relationships across the entire Resort.
Be able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
Be able to work on own initiative but also as part of a team.
Be flexible to operate in the needs of the Company.

Desirable;

Previous experience working in the Hospitality Industry.
