We are looking to recruit our future convenience stars to work in your local Morrisons Daily and Mc Colls stores.
As a store colleague you will be trained to cover various tasks within the store including;
28 days holiday (pro rata and including bank holidays)
15% discount in our supermarkets and convenience stores available from the day you join us

About the company
Morrisons acquired the Mc Coll’s business in 2022. Our convenience proposition consists of a network of 1,004 convenience stores and newsagents. Our stores are made up of Morrisons Daily, Mc Coll’s, Martins and R S Mc Coll stores across England, Scotland, and Wales.
Our Convenience business has huge plans – by the end of 2023 we aim to have converted over 700 of the Mc Coll’s stores to Morrisons Daily. We won’t stop there, we plan to convert and acquire more stores in the future.
Our aim is to be Your Favourite Neighbourhood Shop, providing a great range of quality everyday products and services, close to where people live, so we’re always available when customers need us.

- Stock Control
- Merchandising
- Preparing Food to go (as required)
- Ensure store is operating safe and legal
- Covering supervisor role in store (additional pay for hours covered)
- Lone working (as required)
