This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dinning, afternoon tea & bar).
Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is currently looking for a Sommelier to join our La Dame de Pic restaurant team.

La Dame de Pic London is the renowned Michelin-starred restaurant by acclaimed French chef Anne-Sophie Pic , located within the elegant Four Seasons Hotel at Tower Bridge in the heart of London. The restaurant is known for its refined, contemporary French cuisine that blends bold flavors, intricate techniques, and innovative ingredients.

The Sommelier role:
We are looking for a Sommelier who possesses an affinity for guest service and passion for wine! This position requires an applicant with a high level of wine and food knowledge. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.

The ideal Sommelier will have:

• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  
• Previous experience in a related position
  
• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
  
• Wine and food knowledge and passion
