About The Role

Summary:
Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Coach Shunter Driver . This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic candidate with exceptional standards. The main purpose of the role To ensure that each vehicle is correctly maintained and handed back to the client in line with requirements.
Times: Monday - Sunday 7pm – 11pm (4 days out of 7)
Rate £16.02 per hr
Principal Responsibilities:

Endorse new Company initiatives and ensure they are implemented on site
Ensure the team is adhering to policies and procedures on site
Ensure the team is achieving the required cleaning standards
Monitor cleaning standards on a daily basis using the company auditing tool
Assess performance of the team and identify training needs
Ensure that equipment is clean and well maintained
Respond to client requests as required
Carry out regular and thorough treatments/inspections

Key Requirements:

Must have good interpersonal and communication skills as the provision of customer service is paramount and customer care is a key element of the role
Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning environment
High standards of personal presentation
The ability to work in confined spaces as this may be a requirement from time to time
If Non-EEA, a Visa enabling you to work in Ireland on a full-time basis is essential
Fluent English both written and spoken
Driving license essential
CAT D License qualification
