The Opportunity
There is now an exciting opportunity to join the Manufacturing Team as a Shift Leader at our Enfield Site. You must have a flexible approach to working our rotating shift pattern of AM shift (6am-3pm) & PM shift (3pm-11pm) Monday to Friday. At times, there will also be the opportunity to work additional hours before or after shifts as well as at weekends.
We are looking for a candidate that is a natural leader, able to engage and motivate a team of people whilst setting clear Health & Safety, quality, and Food Safety standards. You will also be a proven problem solver and have a track record of driving efficiency and achieving savings through continuous improvement within a food manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be required to cover and lead the shift-based teams across our spices and oil departments.
