The Role Ensure highest level of performance is delivered each day Making and Receiving calls & emails regarding customer enquiries Scheduling daily workloads Submit quotations / prices Ensure jobs are completed on time Following up with customers to ensure all enquires have been dealt with Dealing with customer complaints Demonstrating a keen attention to detail Working effectively as part of a team Following company principles and values Liaising with other team members on a day to day basis Any other duties that may be requested Skills & Requirements Deal with challenging customers in a professional manner Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure Prioritise and manage workloads Previous experience in a similar role Excellent IT Skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook) The ability to work well as part of a team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year Schedule:
