Outcome Home has been successful in a bid to carry out an evaluation of the Thames Valley RESTART programme. The RESTART programme was a pilot programme, designed to help reduce reoffending and improve outcomes of prisoners released into the Thames Valley. We are now looking for a Senior Research Assistant to support the research team in assessing the programme against its anticipated benefits. The role will include collecting and analysing quantitive and qualitative data, engaging with stakeholders including prison leavers and caseworkers and contribute to a comprehensive evaluation report on completion of the evaluation.
Additional to the Senior Research Assistant role, there is an opportunity for an additional 1.5 x days per week as a Assistant Psychologist also. The Assistant Psychologist role will be based in Southampton as part of our Peer Mentoring Service, working with people experiencing homelessness.
