Job Description
Home Instead Aberdeen are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Care Professional This will be a fantastic opportunity for a person with a genuine caring nature to join an established team making a positive difference in the lives of others and their local community. As a Senior Care Professional you will be commercially aware and be proud to represent Home Instead and be an ambassador for our high quality services we provide..
Your role will involve a mixture of office based commercial and administration work, care co-ordination and field work which can mean travelling across our territory within the Aberdeen area therefore being a car driver is essential. Primarily you will be based in the community however due to the nature of the care setting environment you will need to be flexible in your approach to working patterns.

Requirements:
- Driving is essential for this role.
- 2 years of care experience
- Must be flexible and an adaptable individual
- Have the right to work in the UK
Your job will entail:
- Perform support visits and supervisions as agreed with the Care Manager.
- Perform client reviews & quality assurance visits as agreed with the Care Manager.
- Provide mentoring and support to Care professional's within your team and provide client support and reporting services within your area.
- Pickup and audit of client logs
- Weekend on call cover and two nights during the week divided by the team.
