**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, including accounts payable and utilizing various accounting software such as Xero.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee accounts payable processes and ensure timely payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- Utilize accounting software such as Xero ,effectively
Manage admin requirements for a busy construction company.
**Requirements:**

- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software Xero
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
-Experience in construction industry backround preferred but not essential .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
Expected start date: 01/11/2024
