About the role:
- Scientists at the cutting edge of biotech contact us daily for help in sourcing important research products
- We consult with the customer, ensuring we have all the information needed to achieve the best outcome for them
- We scan the market for solutions, considering technical specifications, price, and speed of delivery
- We speak to the suppliers about their products, making sure we understand the nuances and negotiate the best prices
- We then share the options with the customer and guide them to the best outcomes
- All while working in a great team of like-minded people, supported by your manager
