White and Jones Property are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team based at our office on Walter Road, Swansea.
The varied job role will entail assisting with both the Sales and Lettings Departments with viewings and administration.
The main duties will include, answering the phones, dealing with email enquiries, diary management, conduct property viewings, provide valued feedback to clients, negotiate offers, assist with property management, and liaise with contractors.
There is scope for the right applicant to progress within their role to become more independent and progress to a property co-ordinator.
We are looking for a confident individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work well within a team and as a self-motivated individual is key. Must hold a full UK driving license and use of own car is essential. No experience required, as full training will be given.
The job role will require you to work 2 in 4 Saturdays, where you would get a day off in the week.
An example of this would be:
Week 1 – 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Week 2 – 35 hours per week. Tuesday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm.
Mileage expenses will be paid.
30 minute lunch break.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
