Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Car Money sales team based in Dundee. As a Sales Advisor you will be provided with warm finance leads and you are responsible for converting accepted finance agreements into sales deals. Full training on FCA products and services and the processes of selling car finance will be provided through our world class Ninja Training Academy!

What does a Customer Sales Advisor do?
As a Sales Advisor you will be provided with warm finance leads and you are responsible for converting accepted finance agreements into sales deals. Full training on FCA products and services and the processes of selling car finance will be provided through our world class Ninja Training Academy!
What you will be doing…

• Building and selling finance agreements over the telephone, email and live chat
• Qualify customer needs to understand where they are in their car buying journey
• Advise and present best options to the customer to fit their needs
• Communicating and updating the customer on the progress of their finance agreement
• Liaise daily with internal departments such as payouts, handover, admin on progress of customers finance agreement
• Liaise with external car dealer groups on customers car purchase/options
• Update CRM system with all relevant information
• Check and validate customer documents i.e. bank details, driving licence
• Always deliver exceptional customer service remembering the customer is at the heart of what we do
