Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication with customers, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong organisational skills and proficiency in various software applications to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
Maintain accurate sales records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
Utilise software such as Sage for sales administration tasks, including invoicing and order processing.
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations using Word and other relevant tools.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support for sales initiatives.
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other IT applications relevant to office administration.
Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software is advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
