We are currently recruiting for a Retail Assistant to be a part of our team at Aramark Premier Shop, Aldergrove, Antrim, BT29 4BP

What you’ll be doing

• Serve customers
• Date stock, price check items
• Taking payment and keep financial records as required
• Take in and put out deliveries, restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise
• Stock ordering
• Stock taking
• Clean front and back of house areas, keeping shop and stock rooms tidy
• Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the work
• Perform daily paperwork
• Keep diligent records as required
• Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
• Learn to open and close the unit

Experience:

• Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full on the job training will be provided!
• Customer service experience desirable
• Must be comfortable working alongside a team and occasional lone working
• DBS check required
