We’re looking for Restaurant and Bar Team Members at Fairfield House Hotel. Reporting directly to the Hotel and Restaurant's management team, you will be tasked with service of beverages and food to all guests whilst delivering first class customer service. You may from time to time be involved with food and drinks service at events within the hotel.
As part of the service team you will be enthusiastic and willing to learn all aspects of service within the hotel. Primarily the role will be in food service in the restaurant. You will be involved in seating and greeting customers, taking orders, upselling, running with food and clearing and setting tables. The role may also involve making various cocktails, coffees and other beverages. You may also from time to time be asked to work within the functions team.
What you’ll need:
Pay: Up to £11.69 per hour
