Job Summary
We are looking for Residential Care Assistants with experience of working in the UK Care Sector to join our team of staff to fill temporary and permanent roles in Merthyr Tydfil and the surrounding areas.
You will be working with those who have various physical and mental conditions and requirements.
We have mostly temp roles available, during the day, night and weekends - with some permanent positions from time to time, including with our sister homecare company with clients in their own homes.
If you have relative experience within various care settings, or 1-to-1 with clients, please apply with your CV.
We'll initially call you for a chat followed by a link to upload some documents to being your application process.
Bathing & personal care, meals and feeding, lifting/hoisting, checks, medication, laundry and bedding, hygiene management, following care plans & records and more.
You must have good abilities to communicate in English - reading, writing and speaking.
If you have a valid Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months, this would help speed up your onboarding and placement, but not essential as we can request one on your behalf.

• Driving licence and own vehicle is preferred but not essential as some clients are based in rural locations with limited or no public transport

Pay: £11.44-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 48 per week
