About the Purchase Ledger role -
We are looking for 2 x Purchase Ledger Clerks to support our busy finance team on a permanent full-time basis based in our HQ - Lytham and some of the time in our Hotel at Mill Farm Sports Village
Main Duties as Purchase Ledger clerk:
Checking purchase orders against purchase invoices
Dealing with incoming post and scanning invoices to the system
Posting and allocating cash to the ledger
Reconcile supplier statements
Allocating invoices on to the system
Matching and reconciling invoices to payments made
Prepare payment runs
Processing #Team Tangerine expenses
Resolving queries in a timely manner
About You:
Have purchase ledger experience
Have good knowledge of Excel and Word and preferably SAGE 200
Be a team player
Good communication skills
