Post Office Supervisor - SuperValu Downpatrick

We are recruiting for a Post Office Supervisor, The role is full time, 37.5 hours, permanent contract, The location for the role is: Super Valu Downpatrick.
The Role
You will have responsibility for day to day running of the Post Office to ensure the appropriate manning levels, reporting statements and accounting practices are met to comply with Post Office and Musgrave guidelines and systems.
You will also be expected to train employees working in the Post Office and Shop Floor on Post Office practices, including the Post Office combi units located on shop floor.

Role Criteria
Essential
- GCSE`s or equivalent (to include Maths and English) and a minimum of 1 years previous Post Office experience to include working knowledge of cash/product handling, financial reporting, and administration
- Experience and knowledge of Horizon System software
- Excellent IT and numeracy skills
- Good people management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
