Overview
We are a manufacturing company seeking a Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. As a Painter, you will be responsible for dressing the products and applying paint and other finishes to various Excavation Buckets & Attachments , ensuring a professional and aesthetically pleasing result. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning & grinding
• Select and mix paints to achieve desired colours and finishes.
• Apply paint using spray equipment with precision and care.
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project requirements and timelines.
• Keep work areas clean and organised throughout the painting process.

Experience

• Proven experience in painting or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials is advantageous.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are essential.
