Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires proficiency in administrative duties, strong computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients alike.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and data entry.
Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in bookkeeping tasks using Quick Books, ensuring accurate financial records.
Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organised at all times.
Help promote the business through advertising and social media
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent clerical skills including data entry accuracy.
Familiarity with Quick Books is a plus but not essential.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Competence in typing and computerised record management.
