WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff
  • Manage the office area, including welcoming customers and guests
  • Meeting organisation (including booking, agendas, preparatory items and taking minutes)
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events
  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Supervising administrative staff, designing office workflow, assessing staff and providing feedback to improve internal performance
  • Performing data entry roles
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
  • Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees and company events
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Diary management for executives.
  • Ensuring management reports are filed in a timely manner
  • Ensuring projects are kept on track by issuing reminders/tasks to relevant staff
  • Ad hoc tasks as requested

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
