As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This is an in-office based role. Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Contract Manager for programming of works, logistics and efficient delivery of client contracts.
Day to day communication with clients via phone and email to ensure works are delivered effectively and client queries are well handled.
Input quotations onto internal system and follow up.
Manage daily office administration tasks, including data entry, phone handling, and managing correspondence.
Respond to client and supplier financial queries when required and in conjunction with our financial team.
Admin support for our HR activities, including tracking holidays/time off and updating policies and procedures.
Maintain records associated with the company’s quality management processes and procedures.
General operational administrative tasks, including support for key projects and social media content.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and work effectively with the team.
