We are looking for a Office Administrator for our busy Kirkcaldy branch, experience is essential for this position. 6 Month Initial Contract from agreed start date with potential full time position on completion. Competitive salary depending on experience discussed at Interview Daily Duties Include: Banking, Petty Cash Handling, Credit Control, Purchase Ledger, Placing & Receiving Orders & General Office Administration Duties (Full Training Given) Successful Candidates Must Be/Have: Honest & Trustworthy Hard Working Strong interpersonal, customer service skills Good written and verbal communication skills Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team Excellent numeracy skills Great attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize daily workload A "can-do" and flexible attitude
