Key Responsibilities: - Lead and inspire a team of childcare professionals in delivering high-quality care and education - Develop and implement age-appropriate play-based learning activities that promote children's development. - Support and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment. - Build strong relationships with children and their families, ensuring open communication and involvement. - Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback and support as needed. - Foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.
