Pay: £23,920.00-£24,960.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care and supervision to children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Communicate effectively with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional development through play and interaction.
- Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and transitions between activities, ensuring a smooth flow throughout the day.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, sharing updates with parents during meetings or informal discussions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive environment that respects diversity and promotes equal opportunities for all children.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's educational offerings, demonstrating leadership qualities in guiding less experienced staff members.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
- A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is required
- Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively manage interactions with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities will be advantageous for those looking to take on additional responsibilities within the nursery.
