We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Your leadership skills will be essential in managing daily activities and communicating effectively with both children and parents.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years in accordance with all National Frameworks.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development across all areas of learning.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and physical development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on children's progress and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised nursery environment that meets health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and support each other in delivering excellent childcare.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's reputation within the community.
- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are essential.
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage activities and guide other staff members effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
