Nursery Assistant Kids Korner Ravenhill Road
Kids Korner are looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our friendly team.
Duties include:
*Supporting the daily routine within the setting.
*Assisting with the weekly planning of activities suitable to the age range of the children.
*Helping to develop new ideas which will enhance the children's play and learning via music and art
*To work as part of a team in order to provide a positive environment in which children can play, learn and develop.
* Ensuring the room and equipment are maintained in good working order
* Liaising professionally with Parents and Carers
* Be willing to learn how to log information on to our app system so parents can see what their children are doing through the day
Qualifications / Experience:
A NVQ (National Vocational Qualifications) Level 2/3 in Childrens Care, Learning and Development or an equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
It is desirable that candidates have experience of working in a day-care nursery with children aged 0-8 years of age.
There can be some flexibility with shifts but ideally we are looking for 37.5 hours per week over 5 days

Pay: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
