Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented NPD & Technical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our NPD & technical operations, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards and HACCP protocols. This position requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards within our processes.
Responsibilities

Assist the NPD team in the research, planning, and development of new products to ensure timely and successful launches.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HACCP plans to ensure food safety and quality.
Conduct regular quality assurance checks on products and processes, documenting findings accurately.
Analyse data related to production processes and quality metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for enhancement in operational efficiency.
Support the preparation of technical documentation and reports as required.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

Experience

Previous experience (2 years) in a technical or quality assurance role is preferred but not essential.
3rd level qualification in food related discipline.
Familiarity with HACCP principles and quality assurance methodologies is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
