Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented NPD & Technical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our NPD & technical operations, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards and HACCP protocols. Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Responsibilities
- Assist the NPD team in the research, planning, and development of new products to ensure timely and successful launches.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HACCP plans to ensure food safety and quality.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks on products and processes, documenting findings accurately.
- Analyse data related to production processes and quality metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for enhancement in operational efficiency.
- Support the preparation of technical documentation and reports as required.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
- Previous experience (2 years) in a technical or quality assurance role is preferred but not essential.
- 3rd level qualification in food related discipline.
- Familiarity with HACCP principles and quality assurance methodologies is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
