Lotus Homes, based in Banbridge Co. Down, is a Residential Housing Developer, with a number of ongoing developments across Northern Ireland.
We require a New Homes Coordinator to join our team:
New Homes Coordinator
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and the coordination of residential new build homes within developments and the closing of these. Engaging and dealing with purchasers from the point of purchase throughout the build, buying cycle and post-sale handover ensuring an excellent customer experience is delivered.
As a New Home Coordinator you will be the customer face of Lotus Homes, assisting the build process by ensuring customers bespoke internal and external specification and selections is available as required to ensure the build process can progress to ensure handover dates are met.
Role will involve:
As New Homes Coordinator you will work alongside Lotus Construction Team, liaising with Contracts Manager to ensure key dates achieved. Responsible for managing your own sites and customers, dealing with all purchaser queries, assisting and managing with the buying experience of a new build home, Legal enquiries, liaising with key suppliers, estate agents and contractors, administration for all purchasers, final accounts, sales schedules, agent queries, handovers of property to purchasers, customer care on and after completion.
Key Attributes:
Customer facing and excellent sales skills, good communicator, good IT skills, good time management skills to enable to work to programs and deadlines required. Coordination and administration experience is highly desirable, Residential property experience would be desirable but is not essential as training will be provided. Full driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
Full time position 40.25 hours per week.
While this role involves working on residential sites located in the Northern Ireland area, the successful candidate will be expected to work from our Banbridge office.
