Leven Medical Practice Edinburgh is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and pro-active individual to join their friendly team of receptionists. As part of this team you will be responsible for providing a welcoming, efficient and friendly service to our patients.
Experience in the Medical Practice environment is preferable but consideration will be given to skills that are relevant and transferable for this position.
The successful candidate will be a motivated and flexible individual with good communication and interpersonal skills; competent computer skills are essential with the ability to work accurately and conscientiously within an area of high confidentiality and must be prepared to work shifts within the practice opening hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm.
There will occasionally be the requirement to assist in the provision of additional hours to cover annual leave and unplanned absences, therefore flexibility is essential.
