We are looking for enthusiastic and professional individuals with a strong attention to detail and a keen interest in the latest trends in sports technology and analytics. Successful candidates will be required to travel to various rugby stadiums to set up and operate Sportable’s ball tracking technology for selected matches including domestic and international rugby. You will be required to liaise with Sportable employees and key matchday officials in a fast-paced environment and provide a service of the highest professional standard. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of sports technology and professional rugby with a dynamic and fun team. Full training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities:
Set up, monitor and operate Sportable’s ball tracking technology at selected matches
Liaise with Sportable staff, stadium staff, teams and broadcasters to ensure smooth and professional service delivery
Complete post-match coding of match datasets
Requirements:
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of rugby union
Ability to work regular weekends and unsociable hours when required
Proficient English speaker
Living in France and able to commute to locations around Paris
Desirable:
Currently studying or graduate of Sport Science, Performance Analysis or related degrees
Hands-on experience with similar sports technology
Experience with performance analysis software for live coding of events
Full driving license & access to a personal vehicle
