Marketing Assistant - £24,360
As we continue to grow our business, we have lots of new and interesting opportunities within our Marketing team including a Marketing Assistant.
It’s an exciting time to join us! Over the next 12 months and beyond we are transforming our business to support our growth strategy and to help us achieve our commercial ambitions. We are modernising our systems and processes and reviewing how we position ourselves in the market.
What’s in it for you?
At Golden Charter, everyone is trusted to be themselves, develop themselves and make a valuable contribution for our customers. Our rewards and recognition are continually evolving to make sure we are well looked after whilst enabling us to choose the benefits we want.
We are currently based in Bearsden but will be moving to the city centre in the near future. We understand the importance of work life balance and have a very flexible approach to where we work, with most employees splitting their time between working at home and working in the office. If our customers are getting the right service and our business objectives are progressing at pace, then that’s more important to us than where you work.
Along with flexibility, we offer lots of the perks and benefits you would expect from an FCA regulated company including a health cash plan, flexible benefits allowance, on-site masseuse and yoga classes, Employee Assistance Programme and mental health first aid.
What you’ll be doing:
As the Marketing Assistant, you’ll support our funeral director sales channel by providing assistance in terms of marketing campaign communications and materials. You’ll collaborate with the wider marketing team on campaign activity, tracking campaign activity for reporting as required. You’ll also contribute to developing new and effective marketing initiatives and will create and distribute regular updates to the field and wider business.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role who has excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues and external suppliers. Attention to detail, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using a website CMS is key. Degree educated and experience of working in regulated organisations is a plus.
If this sounds like a role you’d be interested in, we’d love to hear from you so please send your CV to jobs@goldencharter.co.uk or reach out to discuss further!
