What you’ll be doing
Providing an unforgettable experience by being an Indi Brand Ambassador
Contributing to your brand, counter community, values and shared goals
Achieving individual goals agreed with your counter manager
Keeping up to date with the latest Make-Up, skincare and wellness trends. Our teams are all about an unbiased approach to our iconic products
Delivering an unforgettable experience through the Indi Brand service
Proactively make authentic connections with customers
Demonstrate our products that match customer goals, sharing brand stories, product knowledge, tips and hacks
Updating new and existing customers about exciting events on counter
Eventing and Animating – Bring to life fun and inclusive moments/events across Indi brands creating both on counter events/internal/external link ups
Being an Indi Brand advocate – Sharing all about the Indi brand community, our brands and products on internal and external social channels in line with company policies
Working as a team to ensure all training is followed and completed
Administration- completing individual worksheets daily/weekly online and offline (Tamigo/One Retail)
Hygiene/ Housekeeping – Ensure all counter standards are met
What you’ll need
To be enthusiastic about make-up/skincare or wellness
To enjoy making connections with customers and be at ease talking to people about our products and brands
A desire to help meet customers needs and create a memorable experiences
A desire to for achieve goals and create activity in store
To enjoy working in a Retail environment and as part of a team
To be comfortable with technology and happy to engage across our channels
Clear communication skills
Able to work flexibly as per the needs of the business
Sufficient right to work in the UK and the right to travel within the UK and Ireland
Support and development will you receive…
An Indi brand induction will consist of face to face and online modules in your first 3 months
Regular training with your Area Manager, Education Manager and Peers. From Day 1, you will be set up to be part of the Indi Brand Community
Education on Service, Retail, Skin Care, Make-Up and Wellness
Following this a full training induction will also be held in our beautiful head office in Hammersmith, London to connect you with the rest of the Indi Brand Community
Regular training events where you get your hands on the latest innovation and trend setting products
Self learning is at your fingertips, with access to our internal platform that allows you to connect with the wider Indi Brand Community
The opportunity to work with your counter manager, Area Manager and Education team to progress into future roles
