Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (Maternity Cover)
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and early childhood education, with the ability to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise children in the nursery setting
- Plan and deliver engaging activities to support children's learning and development
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for all children
- Drive continuous improvement in the delivery of early years education
-To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, spiritual, social and intellectual care for children place in the setting. -To give support to their staff within the setting. -To work as part of a team to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn. -To build and maintain strong partnership working with parents to enable children’s needs to be met. -To share the vision of the Heart Preschool and support families in the local community Experience
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable
- Strong leadership skills to guide and support children effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related field are advantageous
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £11.42-£11.47 per hour Expected hours: 24 per week Benefits:
