We are seeking a dedicated Operational Team Leader to oversee our operations on the stunning Lake Windermere. As the largest natural Lake in England. Lake Windermere provides the ideal backdrop for our team to deliver exceptional service to our customers, stakeholders and communities.
You will lead a team of highly skilled and experienced individuals, ensuring smooth operations and upholding the highest standards of safety and service excellence. Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily activities, managing resources effectively and fostering a culture of safety, teamwork and professionalism also ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of lake wardens, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Incident Response: Lead the team in responding to emergencies and incidents on the lake
Safety Management: Oversee safety for all lake users
Community Engagement: Work closely with local communities, stakeholders, and visitors to promote sustainable use of the lake.
Financial management: To ensure measures are in place to protect revenue generated by the Lake Warden service and assist with preparation and management of annual revenue and capital budget
